The right course for you?

Neck Massage - Certificate IV in Massage Therapy PracticeThe Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice is designed to be the first step in launching your career as a massage therapist.

Massage is the manual manipulation of muscle and connective tissue to promote relaxation and wellbeing. A massage therapist can ease tension and reduce pain, and can use special techniques to enhance function in the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal and nervous systems. Massage can also be used to accelerate healing from injury and illness.

This massage course teaches the technique, anatomy, physiology, pathology and symptomatology to provide effective relaxation and therapeutic massage. You will also learn about communication and organisation skills to work effectively in the business side of the massage industry.

This course is aimed at recent school leavers, those looking for a career change, those re-entering the workforce, or those wishing to add massage therapy training to their existing professional skill set.  It is also a perfect course for overseas massage therapy professionals wishing to ensure their training is comparable to that which is required in Australia.
