The right Nutrition course for you?
This Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine is designed to give you the skills to launch your career as a nutritional medicine practitioner.
Nutritional medicine is one of the cornerstones of holistic medicine, and nutritional medicine courses teach how food and individual nutrients for medicinal and therapeutic effects are used – to maintain health, prevent disease and treat illness.
This is a high-level vocational course for anyone wishing to enter the nutritional medicine profession. It is aimed at recent school leavers, those looking for a career change, those re-entering the workforce, or those wishing to add nutritional medicine training to their existing professional skill set. It is also a perfect course for overseas nutritional medicine professionals wishing to ensure their training is comparable to that which is required in Australia.
Description
Nutrition, Naturopathic Philosophy, Iridology and Mineral Therapy are just a few of the exciting subjects covered as part of this nationally accredited program in nutritional medicine. Specialist subjects studied include training in Counselling Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Medicine and Clinic Management.
You will also be able to choose to study specialised areas, such as Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicine, Massage Therapy and Reflexology. And your Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine will be personalised to suit your areas of interests and your professional strengths.
