Prospective students

For all prospective student enquiries we have a dedicated Student Enrolment Advice Team. To contact a Student Enrolment Adviser you can call on 1300 880 933 or submit an online enquiry.
Students will receive a Certificate or Statement of Attainment on completion of their chosen program, to our required standards.

We can provide you a quote for your course of choice as well as discuss with you the payment options available. This is dependent on a student’s individual needs so it is best to contact the Student Enrolment Advice Team either by phone on 1300 880 933 (option 1) or submit an online enquiry.
If you think you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) you should first familiarise yourself with the Course Credit Policy and Procedure (Recognition of Prior Learning) policy. After reading the policy if you are satisfied you may still be eligible you can complete an application for RPL. If you have any enquiries contact a Student Enrolment Adviser on 1300 880 933 (option 1) or submit an online enquiry.

Once you have applied a Student Enrolment Advisor will be in contact with you to finalise your enrolment. If you want to contact the Student Enrolment Advise Team you can call 1300 880 933 (option 1) Once your enrolment is processed you will be assigned a Student Progress Adviser who will be you main point of contact. To contact the Student Progress Advice Team you can call 1300 880 933 (option 2).

Current Students

The student services teams are made up of two dedicated teams to ensure you get the most efficient service.

1. Student Progress Advisor (SPA) Team - contact if you have an enquiry regarding:

  • Academic matters
  • Re-enrolment
  • Timetabling
  • Refunds or withdrawal from course
  • VFH
  • Enrolment fees and payment plans
  • Recognition of prior learning (RPL)

2. Student Service Advisor (SSA) Team – contact if you have an enquiry regarding:

  • Student events
  • Request of an exam
  • General student enquiries

Each Faculty has a Faculty Head who is available to answer your academic questions. The most efficient way of contacting a Faculty Head is to use the below email addresses.

To arrange to sit your exam you need to follow these simply steps:

1. Ascertain an approved Written Assessment Supervisor (refer to the Nominated Written Assessment Supervisor form for approved supervisors)

2. Complete the Nominated Written Assessment Supervisor form

Once you form has been received the exam will be sent to your nominated supervisor via mail (NB: if you would like this emailed to your supervisor you need to mark this on your form before sending). Once the supervisor has your exam you need to arrange a date to sit this. The supervisor will return the exam once complete to AIAS for marking.
