The Australian Institute of Applied Sciences (AIAS) is a trading division of the Registered Training Organisation, Study Group Australia Pty Limited (Code 5806), offering nationally recognised vocational education and training qualifications. 

Upon graduation, you will receive a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy allowing you to trade as a qualified massage therapist in Australia. You can also apply for membership to a range of Industry Associations. For eligibility criteria and more information, click here.  

Once you know the basics, building on your knowledge is all too easy. Just like the majority of our students, you can use your qualification to specialise in a range of different massage techniques. Maybe you’re interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies. Perhaps Reflexology or Remedial Massage is more your thing. It doesn’t matter where your interests lie, as this qualification is your ticket to the exciting world of massage therapy.

Students are required to study all subjects as shown in each study block PLUS obtain a First Aid Certificate*

* The First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 and/or HLTAID006) that is required by this qualification, is not assessed or delivered by AIAS. Students need to obtain these certificated qualifications externally and provide them to AIAS once completed.
